Afternoon visit to our Sevak Bhavan's garden

Srila Gurudev is currently in Kolkata and will travel to Thailand within the next few days. Although his health has been a little delicate, he nevertheless came downstairs for an afternoon stroll.

Earlier in the morning after 9am class in the Sevak Bhavan.
Later in the afternoon Srila Gurudev surprised us with his tour around the Kolkata Math.
Sripad Bhakti Madhurya Mangal Maharaj and others showed Srila Gurudev the different herbs, fruits, and flowers, in the garden at the Sevak Bhavan.
All of these flowers are regularly maintained by the gateman for the service of Their Lordships. The other day he said that this maintanence is his opportunity for some sukrti.

Here Srila Gurudev was presented a Bengali fruit called kul, also cherries, and he saw the newly planted mango, coconut, and lemon trees.

Upon entering the downstairs hall, Srila Gurudev paused to look at the several books in the display.
By the way, a new book stall has been created in the nat-mandir for the pleasure of His Divine Grace. The devotees have been engaged in its maintenance and development.
